What is stored on your device

Your progress — scores, records, level, stars, unlocked block styles, daily streak, daily goals, coins, hint bulbs, sound, language and theme — is stored only on your device (browser localStorage, or the app's own storage). We cannot read it, and it is deleted when you clear the site data or uninstall the app.

A random, anonymous identifier is created on first launch so anonymous statistics from the same device can be grouped. It contains nothing about you and is not linked to any account.

Anonymous play statistics

When you allow it, the game sends us events about play itself: game started and ended, score, number of moves, level reached, hints and continues used, which ad was shown, settings you changed, and which A/B test group the device is in. Each event carries the anonymous identifier, the session, the days since install, app version, language, platform (Android / iOS / web) and the two-letter country the CDN resolved. We never receive or store your IP address.

We use this only to see where the game is too hard, too slow or annoying, and to decide how often ads may appear. It is never sold and never used to build an advertising profile of you.

Legal basis in the EEA/UK: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time — see 'Your choices'.

Advertising

The game shows rewarded video (for a continue or a hint) and occasional full-screen ads. Ads are delivered by Google AdMob in the store versions and by Google ad services in the browser version. Depending on your choice, these partners may use a device advertising identifier to select and measure ads.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask first, using Google's User Messaging Platform in the app and our own consent screen on the web. If you say no, the app requests non-personalised ads only, and the browser version loads no ad provider at all.

Purchases

If a paid item (for example 'remove ads') is offered, payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your card, billing address or account details — only whether the purchase succeeded.

Who else sees the data

Play statistics go to our own server and its database, hosted on Vercel (application) and a managed Postgres provider (database), in the EU or the USA. Ad data goes to Google as described above. There are no other recipients, and nothing is sold or shared for others' marketing.

Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses used by those providers.

How long it is kept

Event data is kept for at most 24 months and then deleted. Data on your device stays until you clear it.

Your choices

Settings (the gear icon) → the shield switch turns anonymous statistics off immediately; nothing further is sent and the queue on the device is cleared.

Settings → privacy choices reopens the consent question, so you can change your mind about ads at any time.

iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking controls app tracking. Android: Settings → Google → Ads lets you reset or delete the advertising ID.

Clearing the site data (web) or uninstalling the app removes everything held on the device, including your progress.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA, the UK or another region with similar law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data about you, object to processing, and complain to your data protection authority. Because the data is anonymous, we need the identifier from the app to find it — write to privacy@nimbubu.com and we will explain how to read it.

Children

Blazzle! is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in some countries) and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the app will ask again before the new use begins. The date below always shows the current version.
